Shipping policy
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $125 USD.
Processing and Shipping:
Shipping options will populate at checkout according to the shipping address provided.
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be adjusted or cancelled.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact our Support Team at support@be-stunning.com.
If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address you must select USPS shipping option. Please note transit times will vary.
Pre-Order Items
Items available for pre-order allow our customers to secure an item before stock is available.
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. In-stock items included in your order will ship before the pre-order. To see an estimated delivery date for items on pre-order, you may visit the item's product page.
Once your pre-order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf.
Forwarding Addresses:
Please note we do NOT ship to freight forwarding address. BE STUNNING will not be held liable for lost orders that were shipped to a forwarding address.
RTS ( Returned to Sender) packages:
Orders that are shipped back to us after failed delivery attempts are “Returned to Sender.” Return to Sender can happen for a variety of reasons (an incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid duties, etc.). However, the mail delivery service is the one who classifies what they deem as undeliverable. Whatever the reason may be, we can address the issue once your package has arrived at our warehouse.
We are currently not offering reshipments for returned packages, so a refund will be issued to you once your package has been delivered to our warehouse. Please note original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Customs and Duty Fees:
STUNNING Athletics does not impose customs and duty fees. Your country of residence imposes these fees for ordering items outside of your country. Unfortunately, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. All applicable customs and broker fees along with taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package. We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the U.S. We have no control over how much duties and fees to your country are.
Please keep in mind there may be delays during transit that are beyond our control. We suggest contacting your package's shipping courier for any delivery questions you may have.
Policy and Terms:
By placing an order at STUNNING Athletics, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges and the cost of return shipping back to STUNNING Athletics. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
By placing an order with STUNNING Athletics, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.
